SANTA FE AVENUE

Located in a historic warehouse in the Santa Fe area of Downtown Los Angeles, this adaptable pop-up art gallery, event space, and artist studio showcases an array of engaging elements, including captivating fun house mirrors and optical features such as louvers, knotted ropes, and chains. The spectacle extends to the bathroom, which boasts garden pavers, concrete tiles, a reclaimed stone sink, and a kitchen area with a charming chalkboard-topped bar.
Another part of the warehouse has been transformed to accommodate a private gymnasium beneath the Art Deco First Street Bridge. The interior predominantly revolves around aerial and workout equipment, complemented by a retro Spartan “Mansion” RV from the 1950s. Beyond the rolling doors at the rear lies a verdant sanctuary featuring white-flowering fringe and dove trees, ornate garden embellishments, and a discreet Victorian-style water closet.
